All payments are processed thru Paypal and you do not need a paypal account . If your purchase is for a gift you can arrange to have your item shipped to a different address through Paypal. When reviewing your payment information go to the ship section and click change. If you need a card sent with the order you can request that a card be sent under "special instructions to seller". We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item you've purchased, just contact us within 15 days of receipt to make the necessary arrangements and discuss options and availability for an exchange or store credit.
If you need to make a return, please call us at 1-603-432-7474 Monday through Saturday 9-5 EST. We will ask you to return the item in the original packaging materials via USPS.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or upon opening it you find the items to be damaged, call Poles Apart Artisan Gallery immediately at 603-432-7474. We will arrange to have it picked up and we will contact the shipping carrier; please do not discard the original packaging materials. When you call, we will discuss options for a replacement, or store credit.
